By commissioning me, you agree to the Terms of Service listed below.

NOTE:
● Turnaround time for art pieces is 1-3 weeks, depending on workload/availability. Please be patient.● I accept rush orders. An extra fee of 15% may apply.● You and I may cancel the commission at any time if either of us determines that continuing the project is no longer suitable.••●━━━━━━●••
HOW WE WORK:
● To start on commissioning, please be prepared with a clear idea of the project:
● References of character(s), outfits, any desired backgrounds, or other key elements/visuals you want.● Rough idea of a pose and expression● If you want a headshot/waist up/full body, etc.● If you want a sketch/flat color/fully rendered piece.● Deadlines (only if you have a specific deadline)● Any additional info you'd like to share
● I will start working on the project after the full or 50% of the payment has been received.● I'll keep you updated with progress shots (sketch, lineart, flat colored, rendered).● Only 3 Free Revisions. An extra fee may apply to every change after the free ones.● All finished high-resolution artworks will be sent through Google Drive after the second payment.••●━━━━━━●••
PAYMENT:
● A full or 50% of the payment is required to start the project.
● Once sketching starts, no refunds.Mode of Payments (USD): Paypal
Payment is via invoicing & can be either:
A. Full Price Upfront
B. Split/partial: 50% before sketching & 50% after completed work••●━━━━━━●••
PERSONAL/NON-COMMERCIAL USAGE:
● Refrain from selling, altering/editing, or asserting ownership over my work. Don’t remove my watermark.
● Don't use AI on the finished piece.
● I have the right to post/upload the commissioned artwork with my watermark on any of my socials: VGEN, Instagram (IG), Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok & Tumblr. If you'd prefer to keep your commission private, simply let me know.
